COGNITIVE REASONING REGISTER The Cognitive Reasoning Register (CRR) is designed to measure overall intelligence, cognitive reasoning, the ability to think, learn, and solve problems. The CRR is generally used along with the Analyst-Link or SFA assessment for certain positions such as Management, Programmer, Engineer, or IT. The combination of Cognitive Reasoning assessment along with pre-hire behavioral and/or personality tests creates the most effective instrument for pre-hire predicitive analysis.
