Whenever a consulting firm is hired, they generally
administer a survey to current employees to get a "pulse" of the
organization. We use two different surveys.
THE TRUE/FALSE SURVEY - This is the perfect start to re-energizing your company. Our statistically validated survey encourages participation and provides a wealth of information. Afterwards, if you wish, our consultants will work with you to implement the findings.
THE ESSAY SURVEY - This format can be completely customized to hone in on problems that may be affecting your organization. It can be administered at the same time as the True/False survey but if your organization is new to surveys we recommend you administer this one after the True/False version has been implemented. You will find your employees are better engaged and will use it constructively, not as an instrument to vent their feelings. Our consultants will advise you on how to best implement the program.
